The Resource Centre has performed the most challenging part of our sales process for over a year. Working 1 day a week they have tracked down and called (and recalled) our targets, explained what we do and identified opportunities for our Business Development team to take forward to an initial meeting. We provide target lists via our sales tracking system and the Resource Centre act as a member of our team to generate interest via phone and mail. The team at the Resource Centre have understood our proposition and have been able to clearly get our core messages across and the target interested; indeed they have generated meetings with some of the largest companies in our sector (£bn+ turnover) and meetings have been very well qualified with defined opportunities and / or clear interest.
